Who we are

What we collect, and why

• When you send a service request: your name, phone, email if you give it, what's going on, home or business, how soon, and any details you add. We use it to reply and do the job.
• When you apply for a job: your name, phone, email, the role, your availability and experience, anything else you add, and your résumé if you attach one. We use it only to consider you for work.
• Files you attach are stored privately and only we can open them.

Visit statistics

Our host counts page visits on its servers (on Cloudflare), without cookies and without identifying you. We see totals, like how many people visited a page, not who you are.

Spam protection

To block spam, our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending. Our host also keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for a short time to limit abuse.

Outside services

Our address links open Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy (Google). The fonts come from Google Fonts.

Who gets your information

Your message goes to us. Townsite hosts this website and handles form messages for us, as our service provider; it doesn't use them for anything else. Emails are delivered through Resend. Files are stored privately. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Form messages: 24 months. Résumés: 12 months. Spam: 30 days. After that it's deleted.

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, call (262) 492-4691 or email accounting@brimmerindustries.com. We'll take care of it.

Do Not Track

This site doesn't track you across other websites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this changes, we'll update this page.
